I was treated badly by Dakotaland Homes when I bought a single wide in 09. Jim is not trustworthy. They have all kinds of loopholes in their contracts to get out of doing what they promise you. I will never buy from them again. Crooks and liars. Pros: a big company, been around a while Cons: everything else more

Unhappy, but Dakotaland's owner is fixing the problems 9/10/2009

We bought a used mobile home from Dakotaland. We were told, “We go through everything” and “It has a 30 day guarantee.” We had to go to the owner Al Spenser to finally get it all corrected. Mr. Spenser has promised to correct the problems. Pros: Dakotaland has good reputation, and makes good sheds Cons: Ours was not typical, but Mr Spenser is making things right more
