after visiting Daisy Foster care I was surprised that they had no hot water. Their gas bill had not been paid. The home telephone was not in service, it had been disconnected. I questioned what happened and if the gas would be turned back on, and I was told that the owner of Daist Care had not paid the bill. I also sensed some friction or maybe anger towards the mother of the owner of Daisy Foster Care. I was very concerned for the mother of this owner. Maybe there was some type of intimidation towards her? The elder lady just got quiet. I left and will not return. Maybe the business was just having a bad day....Good luck and GOD speed.
