Now really, who goes to Dairy Queen for the regular non-dessert menu items? The blizzards and ice cream cakes are the best at Dairy Queen. If you really want to splurge for your birthday definitely get a cake from here. They have ice cream, a fudgy-cookie-type center and frosting. The best ice cream cake you can buy. Of course, their blizzards are super good also. My favorite combination is strawberry & caramel. more
