I had never done yoga before, but after just a few weeks of going to classes, I felt happier and less stressed - I could breath again! I sleep so well now, and even if I don't get 8 hours, I feel rested and full of energy for the whole day. I've really noticed how much better my concentration is, too! I used to daydream all the time and so easily, even during short conversations! :o \r

Now after a few months, I've lost weight, and gained strength and flexibility. The best thing is my outlook on life is so much better! The littlest things used to bother me, and now I'm really able to just let things go and appreciate all the wonderful people and things I have in my life. \r

The instructors are so caring - they've really helped me to make my life better, and always take time to help me as an individual, not just another body in class.
Pros: instructors, atmosphere, cleanliness, overall feeling is so welcoming, schedule
Cons: yes, it's a little pricey, but we get what we pay for!
