Good place to get ripped off 5/12/2012

Supposedly the base rate is $75 + $2.95 /mile.We were quoted almost $200 to tow our car 12 miles from where we broke down to the repair shop.They claimed it was over 40 miles which leads me to believe they start the meter from whereever the previous tow was,such as Bellvue til they get to you,then adding the distance to the shop. Cabs dont start meters til they pick you up - tow companies should not be any different.They are truly ripping people off who are in desperate situations. It's cheaper to get a small Uhaul with a tow dolly. Pros: null Cons: null more

Rude. Overcharged. 6/16/2010

This company towed our vehicle and charged us $175.00 to get the truck back in spite of our pointing out to them the posted rate of $95.00. They were rud and clearly violating the metro ordinance. Never use them under any circumstances. Pros: none Cons: Rude, overcharge. more
