My mom bought me the teeth whitening for my Birthday so I could use it before my Senior Pictures. I was so excited. My teeth went from an 8 to a -2. My pictures turned out great and I love that they didn't have to photo shop my teeth. My sister is going next week. I loved it. more

Nearly 2 weeks later, I am still in pain. Went to the Flatirons location and, based on Rebekah V's review, asked about potential for pain. Tech assured me that if I spent $20 on the ""desensitizing gel"" I should have no problems. Spent the $, but during the second 20-min exposure, felt tingling in teeth so decided against doing the 3rd exposure, even tho I'd paid for it. Tech then tried to sell me the $80 kit for ""maintenance."" I declined, since I already have custom trays, and he suggested the $25 gel only product. I raised my concern that if I did have sensitivity to the process, that wouldn't be a good idea for me. He got on the phone and then assured me that the gel was at a much lower concentration than that used during the procedure and that I could call the Parker office if I had any problems, so I bought it.\r \r By the time I got home, I was in AGONY, and no painkillers would touch it. Missed a day of work and was barely functional two days later. I called the Parker office and left a message, but didn't hear back, so stopped by the Flatirons booth and a different tech called Kimberly, ostensibly her supervisor, who grilled me and tried to find fault with my follow up care (I did everything per the instructions) and told me they wouldn't refund my $25, even tho I obviously can't use the gel. I was very upset, so she said she would ""escalate"" the issue and get back to me before day's end. Two days later, she called and said they can't refund my $25. \r \r Now it's nearly two weeks later and the pain is ever present, sometimes getting so intense that I salivate and my eyes water. \r \r Clearly DaVinci's marketing tactics are misleading at best. Although many people may not experience pain with this procedure, it is apparent that enough do that they've developed a special $20 ""desensitizing gel"" - now why would you need that if indeed the process were always painless, as their marketing clearly states?\r \r So, just a warning to those who may have sensitive teeth that you should run, not walk, away from this place. I have never experienced such agony and such little recompense from the perpetrators. more

I had my teeth whitened at DaVinci in Parker several months ago. My teeth are still white and clean, even after drinking lots of tea. One of the other benefits of the appointment is that you get to relax in a comfortable leather chair...how often do you just get to chill out and relax while you're getting other great benefits? Definitely would recommend. more

I just got my teeth whitened with Davinici in Parker and had a wonderful experience. I drink a lot of wine and coffee so my teeth were stained plus have a root canal that I was conerned would not whiten well. I was totally wrong. My teeth are 4 shades lighter, and while my root canal tooth is still slightly darker it also lightened 4 shades which was a relief. I definitely plan on going back for maintenence treatment. more

I had my teeth whitened at the Davinci location in Parker, CO about two months ago and I am so excited. I'm seventeen years old and all my friends noticed my beautiful white smile. The process is very comfortable and painless. My teeth lightened 7 shades and I have to say I wasn't sure if I was going to see a difference and be able to keep them up. I did purchase a home maintenance whitening kit and I whiten at home about once a month, it works! It's so simple to do,,,,,,, I LOVE IT! And I LOVE MY SMILE :) Thanks DaVinci :) more

Love, love, love it! I was skeptical, and left feeling amazing! My teeth went from a 7 to a -2. It's amazing!! It's been 2 weeks now and still my teeth are bright white! I went to this location and Berenice was so nice and informative. I also bought the home maintanance kit and am excited to use that as well. I definately recommend them. more

I will preface this review with the fact that Desy at the Citidel Mall in Colorado Springs was customer friendly and did a nice job, and yes, my teeth did come out many shades whiter...HOWEVER, my gums and mouth paid the price!!! My gums were ""burned"" and are now very raw around the teeth in the front of my mouth, so bad they continue to hurt and bleed every time I try to brush my teeth, who knows how long this will take to heal? Additionally, going into it and I'll take the blame, I didn't know I would be in the middle of the mall hallway with everyone staring at me?? It's on the first floor and I wish I had a $1 for every person who stared at me from the 2nd floor above, it would've paid for the treatment! Typical ""corporate"" response! Yes, followed all the directions, no I don't need another client info sheet... Was a little skeptical when I first made the appointment. After arriving I was put at ease & the treatments we're simple & painless. I went from a shade (10) to a(1.5) AMAZING! Products are recommended & up to you the customer if you wish to use them, no forcefull selling. Very convenient to find in the Parker neighborhood. Would recommend to any of my friends! -KentP more

Cocky and Arrogant. I wanted to start a teeth whitening biz so I called several places to do some comparative shopping. Davinci was the 3rd place I called. I got on the phone with some lady who seemed nice at first but then it got out of hand. I asked about prices, she gave me prices that were too high. I asked if they'd work with my budget and she said their prices are competitive. I told her that I got a better quote from the 1st two companies I called. She then told me that no one beats their prices. I just told her that I got a better quote from the 1st two companies I called. So I repeated myself and she then told me that what I said was impossible. I told myself that I wasn't going to get into it with this lady but she just called me a liar, in other words. She then proceeded to tell me about a $100 fee if I wanted to get started. I asked what the fee was for and she couldn't answer my question. I asked her was the $100 fee going toward a purchase, she then puts me on hold. I was so irritated by this lady that I hung up as soon as she put me on hold. Next thing you know the owner called. I answered the phone thinking it was someone else and she said, ""This is Kam with Davinci. I told her I wasn't interested and she told me that I was speaking to a representative that called her telling her that I had a couple of issues I'd like to discuss. I told Kam that I didn't want to discuss anything any further, that's why I hung up. Kam said that they are professionals and their products are better than everyone elses. I told her that I received much better quotes elsewhere and she said well ""Our products are all natural made in the USA"" She then asked me which companies did I call and get the quotes from. I told her Beaming White and Beauty By Savi. She said she doesn't know anything about who Beauty By Savi was but she knows that Beaming White gets all their products from China and said that their products are not safe because their not natural. She also said Beaming White has bad reviews and complaints and that their customers always run to her after dealing with them. I finally hung up on her because she was pathetic. Next thing you know I get an email from Davinci with all their marketing material crap. It looked like crap anyways so I just blocked their emails from my yahoo account. I wish I would of never called Davinci. What a pain in the rear. My lesson learned was always ask a company about their competitors before buying anything from them. It will tell you a lot about their company. more

Had a great experinece withgt he whitening I had last summer. It really works and makes for a better smile. The procees was easy, fairly quick and the results immediate. I highly recommend it. more

The process was comfortable and the technician was friendly. However, I would never do this again. The results barely lasted a couple days. Not worth the money at all- even with the group discount deals. I seriously had much better and longer lasting results with 2 weeks of White Strips! more

Took advantage of the discount from groupon and went to the Lone Tree-Park Meadows location last week. Very polite technician that explained the process clearly and did a fantastic job at making me feel comfortable. Will definitely do this again ( I do like my coffee and red sauces:P-the results were terrific! more

Thought I'd take a chance on this teeth whitening process and I am glad I did! Got a great deal through Living Social web site. Jaymee, the tech who helped me was great! She was very positive and did a great job with the entire hour long process. The results were really quite striking, even better than I expected. I went from a 14 to 5! Boy, was I happy. I would recommend this process to anyone and everyone. more
