if there was a zero option, i'd do that.... i use to get used tires here from time to time, always did me good... so i thought i'd have em do ""WORK"" on my car... went in to get rear shocks replaced and investigate a wobbling sound, was told it was my rear shocks, and my rear bearings, AND my front drive shaft on the passenger side.... the shocks fell into an issue when the mechanic BROKE a bolt.... and the price suddenly jumped from 575 to 825.... and the wobbling sound STILL ISN""T FIXED.... later, i take it back cuz the sound was still there, dude tells me it's my bearing in the front.... nope... later at the shop after i pay for the bearing and labor, which he just opens his wallet and sticks the money in, he tells me it's just low on transmission fluid... ??!??!! WTF?!?!?!? seriously???? fluid causes a wobble sound??? anyway, the guy drives off with my car, is gone for 30 mins.... then comes back sayin' it's my TIRES in the rear that are causing the sound... WHATEVER.... he says he put FLUID in my transmission... i give him 20 bucks.... now i have an exhaust leak smell in the car.... SO, i jack her up, take a look after seeing that i have some sort of fluid leaking all over under the car, and see that there is a cover on my exhaust that has been removed on purpose, and my transmission is leaking fluid all over the place..... bottome line: these guys are crooks.... they are sabatoging vehicles and creating issues to keep you going back and giving them more money.... BEWARE BEWARE STAY AWAY!!!! more

It is one of the best auto repair shops in Ontario, Canada. When my car broke down while going to office, it was a coincidence that Advance Towing was nearby. They repaired my car in a jiffy and I was able to reach my office on time. more

UN AUTHORIZED REPAIRS DONE TO THE VEHICLE, PLUS THEY TOOK $600.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT 2 TIMES. ORIGINAL PRICE THE GAVE US TO FIX THE LIFTER WAS 360.00 WAS TOLD DAY OF PICK UP IT WAS 360.00 PLUS PARTS PLUS ALL THIS OTHER CRAP. IM SO FREAKING MAD............. I FILED A DISPUTE ON THE 2ND $600.00 UNSURE WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE UNAUTHORIZED PARTS AND REPAIRS. MY BF AGREED TO PAY $600.00 NOW AND THE REST IN 10 DAYS. WELL I DON'T WANT TO PAY THE REST, I ONLY WANT TO PAY WHAT WE WERE ORIGINALLY TOLD. IF I HAD KNOWN IT WASNT GOING TO BE 360.00 TOTAL I WOULD NEVER AGREED TO TAKE THE VEHICLE THERE TO GET FIXED. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Sacramento for good used tires, and have them check any used vehicle before I buy it. Go, you won't be disappointed.
