I recently had the unfortunate experience of having to defend my rights by going to court. Prior to filing my case, communication with the defendant had been adversarial and as a result, I expected the defendant to resist the process service. I hired DFW Legal Support, and they were able to successfully serve the defendant within an hour of obtaining the service paperwork. I was notified a few minutes after the defendant was successfully served, and received the notarized service attestation two days later. Now, I can focus on preparing for the case, knowing that the defendant won’t be able to use a technicality to frustrate my pursuit of justice. I would highly recommend DFWLS, and will certainly use them in the future, if I ever find myself in the unfortunate position of having to go to court again. more

This is my personal opinion. 18 days until service was made only after some communication issues. LM at 214-702-1605 two times with some answering service with no call back. Ryan answered on the third call. Promised call back that day but did not do so. Initial response was no papers received, second was they tried to serve three times. Could and still will not provide attempted service dates or times. Company address was a PMB at a UPS store. Other excuses include medical emergency, not my fault, and moving office. Nearly three weeks after papers were sent until he made service. Finally hired ontimecouriers.com and they served within a couple of hours. He finally served papers after some heated emails. I will not hire this company again. more
