This is my personal opinion. 18 days until service was made only after some communication issues. LM at 214-702-1605 two times with some answering service with no call back. Ryan answered on the third call. Promised call back that day but did not do so. Initial response was no papers received, second was they tried to serve three times. Could and still will not provide attempted service dates or times. Company address was a PMB at a UPS store. Other excuses include medical emergency, not my fault, and moving office. Nearly three weeks after papers were sent until he made service. Finally hired ontimecouriers.com and they served within a couple of hours. He finally served papers after some heated emails. I will not hire this company again.
