Exelent Service!!\r The lease on my car was going to end in July, I called Gus Herrera a sales representative to ask questions, find out about current promotions, I called several times..let me tell you, that guy is just great..he never pressured me, he gave me all my choices even if it would not benefit him, and at the end I didnt want anyone else to take care of me but him..the best experience in customer service I have ever had!! One afternoon we came to DCH Toyota dealer to look around for a new car to buy. After a while we were walked around the packing lot then enter to the show room, then we met a saleman name Mark B. He is kind of easy layback guy but he's actually a good saleman. After we bought the car then Mark continued to follow up the process to the end of the deal and he was make sure that the car handed to the customer with total clean and ready to drive home. His services is excellence. I would recommend to someone who are looking to buy a car. Also I would mentioning at here a manager guy name Angel ( ? ) he was helped us to made a deal go throught nicely. more

I just took advantage of Toyota's lease deal. Very helpful in making up my mind on which vehicle I wanted. Professional, and worked with me to get the best deal for both of us, including my trade in. With their level of performance, I didn't have to drive to dealership after dealership to get an acceptable deal.\r In short, yes I'd recommend them to my friends, and yes, I plan on going back, once my lease is up. more

Top Quality Team! 3/27/2011

I have been through the experience of leasing 3 new cars while trading in a lease. DCH Toyota and their team made it the most simple transaction I have ever dealt with. Thanks to; Gus Herrera, Internet Sales Manager and Brian Lamb . Both worked really hard for me to get me a great deal. Bijan, wrapped things up nicely for the whole deal. Overall DCH Toyota gave me comfort that I was working with a team of true professionals. more

Really great experience 3/24/2011

I'm a new car buyer who had a very hard time making a decision, I went back and forth for weeks, asking all kinds of different things to different dealers because I wanted to get it right. This is the first time I did all my searching and negotiating online. Jeff Johnson was amazing. He was patient, super friendly, very accessible (he told me to call him on his cell on his days off for his wife's bday!). He gave me no bs about anything - I told him I needed the bottom line right off the bat, and he gave it to me. In person, he was so easy and nice to work with. I know it sounds cheesy, but it felt like family and as a sales person myself, it was exactly how I'd want to be treated. Once we got to financing, Simi's finance guy, Michael Dowl, was the best I've worked with. Nice, to the point, very honest and real. And funny! This was an excellent car buying experience and I can honestly say I'd be happy to buy from this place anytime and I will definitely use them for service as well. Tha more

I went to a few used car lots and was a little scared of being taken advantage of because im not a very experienced car shopper. This one place i went to i actually saw them jump starting the car i was thinking about buying... :/ ... When i went to DCH Toyota i met Dean Dixon and i felt like he was honest and made my car buying experience a lot less scary. I bought a 2004 Toyota Corolla and im very happy with my purchase. I would definately recommend this dealership!!! more

STAY AWAY!! 3/21/2011

Took my car in for a new timing belt, talked to Mike Carpenter to set up an appointment. Was told some things that I requested would be included in the service. I talked to him three times and each time he assured me that these things would be included. They took my car apart and then called me to tell me that I would need to pay ALOT more money for them to do the things I requested. I know that this is routine with these people because of how they acted. Sent a letter to the general manager, never heard back. Awful company.\r \r I tried to post this same review on dealerrater . com and Nick Dunlea, the general manager, contacted me through the site thinking I was someone else, which proves my point that this is normal behavior with these guys.\r \r On a side note, I tried to add my review to dealerrater . com, but they keep deleting my review because it's negative. Notice how Yelp gives them 2 stars and dealerrater . com gives them 5 stars, they must get some type of payment in ret more

I just had a fantastic experience when I purchase my new 2010 Toyota Corolla on January 30, 2011. The salesman name Pedro was very helpful and showing us the different between the Toyota Corolla LE and the Sport. He took his time to discuss the paper work and help to lower the cost of the car. Good in explaining things in more detail and the finance manager very nice. And not only was the process extremely professional and painless, the price was a fair and best offer of Toyota dealership. In the process we also met the general manager Angel. They were all very friendly and supportive. I do recommend DCH Toyota of Simi Valley and meet all of the employees and make new friends. more

The best car buying experience ever 1/31/2011

i bought a 2008 certified preowned camry on 1/24/11. First, Tracy Kennedy (a Grant H.S.) graduate was the most honorable sales person I have ever met. She under sold and over delivered! I don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one as I was so impressed with this Toyota dealer.\r \r Bejan the finance guy was awesome too. You can bet, I will make the drive to buy my next car there even though there are 3 dealers closer to where I live. Thank you guys and thank u Tracy. See u in a few years when I will be replacing my minivan. more

DCH Toyota - Pleasant Experience 1/30/2011

I just had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Toyota Tacoma pickup truck. I dealt solely with my internet salesman, Gus Herrera. There were no arm twisting sales managers or closers. He even went through all the questions normally asked by the finance manager. And not only was the process very professional and painless, the price was the best one offered among six SoCal Toyota dealerships. In the process we also met the general manager, the internet sales manager, the sales manager and the finance manager. They were all very friendly and supportive. I will be recommending DCH Toyota of Simi Valley to all of our friends and employees. more

Every aspect of my experience was wonderful. From the sales person (Christian) to the finance manager (Bjian) and even the guy who took me trough my final walk through on my new Scion (Pedro). There was not one thing I would change. 100% Recommended! more

Good Service at a Toyota Dealership 9/28/2008

Do you want good service? Do you want to make sure you are getting the correct parts put into your car? Do you want to make sure you are scammed? Then go to this dealership. My husband and I have bought our last six cars from this dealership. And, not only do we buy our cars from them, we also have all of the service performed there. They treat us honestly and well. more
