I had a wonderful experience at Lexus of Greenwich. I had gone there to purchase a certified pre owned, they had a wonderful selection, I was very impressed. These cars were practically brand new. It was also a pleasure working with my salesman, he did not once make me feel as if I were being rushed or pressured into something. He was very patient and honest with me. I was most certainly impressed with the quality of the pre owneds and customer service. more

I’ve been looking into Hybrids lately and I haven’t really seemed to find one that was sharp looking. As I surfed many auto sites, I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Lexus’ page. The CT was actually pretty sharp. When I typed in my zip to find the nearest dealer, Greenwich came up. I called and made an appointment with Bill. When I finally met with Bill he was prepared for me. He had a spotless, black CT out in the lot for me ready to test drive. I was impressed, throughout the test drive Bill went over all the features, benefits and price of the CT, compared to other hybrids. I loved the drive, I loved the look and I was very happy to have Bill as my salesman. After a few hours in the dealership, he made me a great deal. I am now a proud CT 200h owner thanks to Bill at Greenwich Lexus. more

Best Dealership in Greenwich! 1/11/2012

I guess I can say my experience at Lexus of Greenwich was too good to be true. I was waiting for something bad to pop up, a pushy sales men, bad servicing, something! and nothing, it's been great. I've only gone in for routine maintenance and have never had a problem with a loaner car. Lexus of Greenwich definitely receives two thumbs up a positive recommendation. more

my brand new lexus 12/26/2011

From walking-in for more information to driving off the lot, the sales staff at Lexus of Greenwich treated me like a king. Not only did I receive help from more than one sales man, but I even got follow ups to my house and in e-mail. They remind me to get oil changes, send me seasons greetings, it's like I made a new friend. My experience is/was fantastic. I am very happy I went to Lexus of Greenwich. more

Wonderful buying experience at Lexus of Greenwich 11/29/2011

I just bought a Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Greenwich and I had to write a review because it was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Our salesman Mike was really helpful and patient. He explained all our options and made sure we knew about all of the current specials they had going on. The price we paid made us very happy when we left the lot. Happy we chose Lexus of Greenwich. more

SO Happy with my New ES 11/9/2011

I want to say Thanks to Lexus of Greenwich for helping me lease my ES. I was unsure of whether I should purchase or lease a vehicle. My Rep actually gave me a quiz and went through many factors with me which ultimately helped me make my final decision. I never realized how many aspects were involved in the purchase or lease of a vehicle but Lexus of Greenwich made this clear for me. I ended up Leasing and I am so looking forward to returning here when my lease is up. more

I found the staff at Lexus of Greenwich to be very refreshing, due to their product knowledge, genuine customer support and for their eagerness to assist me throughout the entire process. Our experience at Lexus of Greenwich was made most enjoyable by our salesman Dave, who was most courteous and accommodating and very attentive to our needs. The purchasing experience was done efficiently and in a very professional and respectful manner. Amazing Sales and Service dept 8/22/2011

I have had nothing but amazing experiences at the Lexus of Greenwich Dealership from the Sales dept to the Service dept. The exceptional service manager is exceptional. He is very honest and accommodating and on both occasions I have brought my Lexus in for servicing. Love my new Car 8/9/2011

Everyone was terrific during my buying process. Joe was an excellent salesman, the manager was personable, and even the finance rep was outstanding. I am sorry I forgot his name because he was very thorough in explaining and offering me everything I needed! Usually purchasing a vehicle is a chore, but this dealership was nothing but fantastic and my experience was lovely. more

Great Dealership 7/25/2011

I just had the best experience buying a new car. The customer service was amazing. My salesman Steve was the nicest and professional, most helpful, knowledgeable salesman I have ever encountered. Bob did an amazing job explaining and showing me every little detail of my new car. I could see why this dealership does so well. Wonderful Dealership 7/20/2011

My husband and I stopped in to have the oil changed in our 2009 IS 250. We decided to look at the RX 350's while we were waiting for the service to be completed since they got us right in. Great Dealership!! 7/5/2011

I purchased a ES330 certified pre-owned from Lexus of Greenwich over the internet. The process was very easy as the dealership took care of everything from financing, title, etc... They were very nice people to deal with and they really made it easy for me. The vehicle was perfect both mechanically and aesthetically and it has been driving well since I have purchased it. Rick Brogan was a joy to work with. He was prepared and positive, yet not high pressure. We had a specific car that we were interested in looking at, and he had it ready, along with all the research needed to make us feel comfortable with the deal. It was a very enjoyable experience.
