Very good Korean, THai and sushi in the heart of Natick- very worthy of a visit 2/13/2009

I eat here at least once a week. Favorites are the kids bul ko gi (that comes with white rice, 3 dumplings and some veggies served on the side), the vegetarian pad thai, the spicy scallop roll, the salmon sashimi, the pad thai, seaweed salad and the salmon sushi roll. The sushi is super fresh and delicious. The Korean food is cooked to order. The Thai food is absolutely delicious. The restaurant is run by Mrs. Yee- her son owns a high end restaurant in San Francisco. She has about 4 Thai waitresses that have worked for her a long time. Though they might not seem super friendly at first, just know that they are a caring and very helpful staff. This place is in the heart of Natick center and right on the corner where the library is. I've always been able to get a seat and now my son and I are welcomed with hugs and smiles. First time- get the seaweed salad to start, the pad thai (either with chic and shrimp or vegetarian) and a sushi roll on the side. It's worth a visit- you wil be satisfied! Pros: Quality food, prices, location and never a wait Cons: When they get really busy, they get a little flustered but still your food comes fast! more

Watch for overcharging 6/25/2007

Decided to try this local restaurant. Interior is pleasant and menu is quite varied. While waiting for our meal the owner brought over 2 tiny tea cups with some very strange tea. Undrinkable in my opinion. Made a point of telling the waiter that one person in our party had food allergies and waiter helped us pick out menu items that were free of fish sauce, sea salt, and seaweed. Or so we thought. The dinner came with soup and when it arrived at the table, I asked what was in the soup, assuming it was spinach or kale on top. Turns out it was seaweed. This after all the careful planning. So the waiter immediately took it away and when asked if my friend could have a different soup he offered Won ton soup. Eventually the meal arrived and it was adequate but nothing I would need to come back for.. When we got the bill, guess what. Charged for the won ton soup even though soup was part of the meal. Also, charged for the tea that we did not ask for. When we talked to the waiter he reluctantly removed the overcharges. But told us we should have known that the won ton soup was an additional charge. Never mind that he almost caused an allergic reaction. Will never return. Felt like we were being scammed. It was his job to tell us that substitutions were extra. Cons: overcharging, unfriendly more

Excellent restaurant in Natick Center 9/19/2006

The staff is always very friendly, and the food is great. I've tried several things on the menu and have liked them all. The service is not always very fast, and sometimes it is a little confusing to split a bill, such as between two credit cards. But overall, the dining experience is excellent. I prefer this restaurant over the Asian eateries on Rte 9 in Natick/Framingham. more

Curious mix that works! 11/23/2002

Japanese, Korean AND Thai combination ?! Well, it works! The food is exquisitely prepared and is Natick's best kept secret for Asian food. I didn't think I could find anything authentic in this suburban-ville. But the sushi is excellent (try the Spider roll), the Dahmee Duck succulent (crisp on the outside with a delicately sweet/sour tamarind sauce) and the Pad Thai the best i've had in Boston (and i'm a picky Asian eater!). The interiors have been redone professionally and is a very ambient little eatery right next to the train station. Pros: Nice atmosphere, Quality Asian food, Friendly staff Cons: A bit slow service, Smaller portions, Some pricier items more
