Overall, I am truly impressed 8/1/2011

I bought it for commuting since gas is $3.50 and climbing. My BMW K1200RS only gets 40 mpg. but this thing gets 65-70, WOW! The engine revs very high so I put a 15t front and a 41t rear sprocket on and it's a dream on the freeway now. I should say the seat is not too comfy and will be upgrading it soon. Overall, I am truly impressed with it and would recommend it to anyone. By the way, I have been an avid rider for many years and it is fun for the beginner or expert. Kudos Kawasaki!! more

My son bought this bike as his first. But I think I ride it more than he does. This is a great bike for the money. I enjoy riding it to work, and it is easy on gas. It's nice for the 25-mile trip. more

just purchased another bike from D&S. This makes 7 of them and had them all serviced there as well. They have always been honest with me. I have purchased loads of parts and accessories from them as well. But then I never made them diagnose and quote prices over the phone because I know it to be impossible. more

I have been going to this company since 1999. I have always had great customer service over the years. i would recomend all people to this dealership. Support your dealers, not parts and apparel places/the internet where thats all they sell. If dealers dont make money to pay for overhead and end up closing where will you buy your next new bike? more

Great bike, thanks guys 6/7/2011

Well I only have 400 miles on the new bike, but so far it is really good. The comfort, power and handling are great. The only thing that I would like to mention is the wind buffeting from the stock windshield. It would have been nice if they had put a little flare on the windshield to kick the air up a little, it caught me right in the face. The 12"" windshield kit from Kawasaki is perfect for me. I am 6' tall and it let me still look over the top and still kept the wind off of me. more

Nice selection of bikes 6/3/2011

I think that this bike selection is great, but also I think it needs some improvements on the bikes for the landings. I just got my brand new bike about a month ago and it was working absolutely perfect and then I hit a nice big jump and the landing was a little off. But still that landing wasn't that bad and it was pretty painful!! So I just think they should work on more efficient landing equipment! more

Very Trustworthy Service 5/11/2011

I have had my Ninja 600, Vulcan 1500 and my Goldwing 1800 all serviced at this location. I have never had any issues concerning repairs or modifications going back 10+ years. I leave knowing that the bike will run perfectly and all billed work was performed as listed. It is very hard to find a great service department you can trust, you cannot go wrong with D&S Kawasaki Service. more

Not recommended to do business with. 9/25/2008

I stated that I would not be making a decision untill I found out the appraised value of my bike; he then simply grinned knowing that he was'nt going to get away with it. After research, I found out that the appraised value was $4,400 and they were only offering $2,400 in trade. Pros: They have a good selection of bikes. Cons: They are not willing to work with you in a (fair trade) more
