just purchased another bike from D&S. This makes 7 of them and had them all serviced there as well. They have always been honest with me. I have purchased loads of parts and accessories from them as well. But then I never made them diagnose and quote prices over the phone because I know it to be impossible. more

Upgrade your tires! 7/6/2011

I seriously recommend upgrading the stock rubber. I put on Michelin Road-2 110/70/17 front and 150/70/17 rear and the difference is major. The stock Dunlops were cheap anyway (to keep low msrp) so any better tires will help. I did no mods whatsoever and the increase in stopping performance alone is worth it. I get better grip especially accelerating and decelerating in turns and it is much more stable at highway speeds. Now, I look forward to long trips. more

Awesome bikes 6/3/2011

I think that this bike selection is great, but also I think it needs some improvements on the bikes for the landings. I just got my brand new bike about a month ago and it was working absolutely perfect and then I hit a nice big jump and the landing was a little off. But still that landing wasn't that bad and it was pretty painful!! So I just think they should work on more efficient landing equipment! more

Great Service 5/11/2011

I have had my Ninja 600, Vulcan 1500 and my Goldwing 1800 all serviced at this location. I have never had any issues concerning repairs or modifications going back 10+ years. I leave knowing that the bike will run perfectly and all billed work was performed as listed. It is very hard to find a great service department you can trust, you cannot go wrong with D&S Kawasaki Service. more

I have been going to this company since 1999. I have always had great customer service over the years. i would recomend all people to this dealership. Support your dealers, not parts and apparel places/the internet where thats all they sell. If dealers dont make money to pay for overhead and end up closing where will you buy your next new bike? more
