Our son died suddenly and tragically a week ago. D & K's services were offered to our family as a gift to take us to and from the services for our son, including his wife and three boys, and her parents. They were excellent. The driver was on time and was extremely respectful of our needs. Following the service the driver brought the car around and patiently waited while the over 300 attendees filed past our family paying their respects, which took over an hour, and ran over the expected time we required. She then returned us home and before leaving told us how sorry she was for our loss. I've dealt with a few limousine services over the years; mostly for happy occasions such as weddings. But I have never had this positive an experience. I highly recommend D & K's. Pros: Prompt and Professional. more

They provided transportation services for us from DIA to Vail on the 2008 Winter. The driver had lots of experience and confidence. The first thing the driver said was ""Welcome to Colorado! My name is ___"" took our bags and set everything. Then we were ask if we wanted to see a movie and give us a list of movies and they even have animated ones. There was water for us in the vehicule and the SUV was top of the line. Great movies and music. I will defenilly get there services this winter Pros: Best Customer Care Ever more

We reserved a stretch limo for our daughter's13th birthday. The driver showed up late and was supposed to roll out the red carpet for our daughter and her friends which he did not do. He was clueless on reading Google map directions for pickup locations which were given to him by management. After our pickups, I asked the driver to drive around so the girls could enjoy the limo before going to our dinner reservations. The driver drove by the restaurant and proceeded 2 miles down the road where he drove in circles around Littleton. He was noncommunicative and did not accommodate our needs for the two hour time period we rented the limo for. He pulled up the restaurant a half hour early and opened the door to basically tell us to get out. He informed us that he couldn't just drive around, which is what limo drivers do last I checked. We gathered our belongings and disgustedly exited the vehicle. My wife called the next day to complain to the owner about what transpired and he became rude and disrespectful with her and informed her that their company didn't need or want our business anyway. This was the worst limo experience we have ever had and their customer service is horrible at best. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I loved there service. We use there service to go from Greenwood Village to Aspen, Colorado and the service was incredible. They have clean reliable cars, entertainment for kids, great service and very safe drivers. You can really tell that they care about you and your safety.
