It was a delight 4/27/2011

I have owned two used cars from Honda, and now it was my daughter's turn to get a new car as she just received her driver's license. We were shopping around and wanted to find a car that was comfortable and safe for my daughter to drive. Kristen greeted us at the Honda dealership, and we were lucky to have her. Kristen was honest, personable, and had a good sense of humor. She was able to relate to our family and my daughter's needs, which made the whole experience of shopping for a car seem less pressued. Any questions we had, she found an answer for. She was prompt and was more than knowledgeable about the cars. We ended up buying a new CRV, and are extremely happy with this car. My daugther is confident on the road with the CRV, and we thank Kristen for her time and effort. It was a delight to work with Kristen, and when we need to make another purchase, we know who to look for. Thank you again! more

I had a great overall experience at DC Honda of Tenafly. My salesperson, Kristen, was very helpful and understanding to my needs. She was not ""pushy"" and was very straight-forward when discussing prices/options. She was very patient, and I never felt pressured into anything. The experience was very positive, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is seeking a new vehicle. more

We have been leasing Hondas since 1985 and Frank is simply, by far, the best dealership representative we have ever encountered. Because of Frank, we will certainly recommend D&C Honda and definitely return to see him when our leases expire more

Kristen?s knowledge, professionalism, and demeanor made purchasing our Honda Accord painless and stress free! As a person also in sales, it is important to know that a customer does not care how much you know, until they know how much you care. Kristen really took the time to get to know us and to really understand what we were looking for, our concerns, questions etc. We love our new 2010 Honda Accord and really happy with our experience at this one of kind dealership! If you want to buy a car, go to Mark. If you want to lease a car, go to Mark. If you're not sure what you want to do and want to know all of your options, go to Mark. He will give you the BEST service AND price around. There is NO other sales person I would go to other than Mark Randall. I just leased my 2nd car from him and overall that's the 4th car in the family. He has closed 100% of my referrals! He's quick, friendly, and has the ""whatever it takes"" mentality. If you are thinking about getting a car, trust me, go to Mark Randall first. When you are a first time customer you are a lifelong customer with Mark. Thanks again Mark!! more

It is our 3rd car buy or leasing a Honda with D&C Honda. I think buying with Harry was the best experience from the 3 times I bought with D&C Honda. He was very detailed in explaining everything and never seem to get annoyed with all the question buyers usually have when buying a car. I would greatly recommend Harry to anyone who are interested in buying or leasing a car because he does not rush you and makes sure you are comfortable with price and car choice before you leave the dealership. Also, another thing I like about Harry is that he is always smiling! more

Above and beyond a person!!! Harry was a pleasure to talk to. Greeted us very kindly and took his time to explain in detail the things we needed to know. Once we made a selection he brought us in and was very patient and answered all our question with clear and concise answers. After we made our purchase he even took quite a bit of time out to show us all the features, demonstrated them for us and had us repeat them to insure we knew how to work everything from folding seats down, to removing them, down to how to change the time on the clock!!! Truely wonderful. An absolute assest to your business. Will highly recommend to anyone I know. more

I give D&C Honda in Tenafly NJ a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. I have had only good experiences with both sales and service since 2007 when I leased a brand new Honda Civic that same year. Sales Representative, Mr. Herbie Rosario is an excellent employee. He is patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable of car sales. He is not a forceful or pushy person and he really knows how to work with the customers. Herbie is a great asset to D&C Honda of Tenafly, NJ. more
