I've been a regular customer of this family-owned/operated motorcycle repair shop for over 20 years, even though it is 40 miles from my home and there are four dealers and dozens of other shops closer. They've grown from a small hole-in-the-wall shop to a full-service but still VERY customer-friendly and neighborhood style operation. It now includes a consignment sales section that usually has a dozen or so very clean and often somewhat high-end used bikes for sale and a Lehman trike conversion franchise. In 20+ years I've only had 2 or 3 repair problems, and Rob, the owner, rectified them VERY cheerfully, quickly and successfully. Rob and the other mechanics will work with customers to keep costs down & Vicky, Rob's wife/business partner/counter-person/etc., is very knowledgable & accomodating in the aftermarket parts business. Rob's also always VERY generous with FREE advice on do-it-yourself repair projects. I have highly recommended this shop to my riding friends over the years and would highly recommend anyone in the area check them out before getting major work done or even just buying parts or accessories.
Pros: Great service, knows and works on old bikes as well as new ones, very friendly atmosphere for all, not a dealer-style boutique although they do have a limited clothes selection
Cons: Little hard to find, parking limited on busy days, not a dealer-style boutique, if that's what you're looking for
