Cycle House

I've been buying parts for my WRs from Mike and the Cycle House crew for at least ten years now. Excellent customer service from a knowledgeable staff. The prices are a little higher than you get from some of the online/mail-order guys, but Rocky Mountain won't install your tires for free like CH will. I did have some trouble with a repair job several years back with these guys but mostly I think it was the cracked engine block that was stumping the guy with the wrench so I've never held it against them. Even with this hiccup, nine times out of ten I still come to Cycle House before Wrights or (god forbid) Plaza. more

These guys not only kept my bike for 4 weeks longer than they said, but when they returned it they caused even more damage than it went in with. THEN they tried to charge me to fix the damage THEY caused by using canned flat black spray paint to touch up my high gloss finish. I had to take my bike to a pro and have it completely redone. Do not let them near your bike! When I got my bike back it was the end of the season. Now that Im riding again (probably put no more than 50 miles on the bike since I got back from them) The new rim and tire that they installed has also failed. They are the worst shop in utah. AVOID THEM. more

Went in for a pre-season tune up on my CBR, they did it very fast, well, and at a good price. Of course it was a few weeks before riding season so they weren't really busy or anything. The only thing that mildly annoyed me was that they reran some cables I put in there, but really they did it the right way while I kind of just had them sort of running around, so I can't really complain much. In fact it's the sort of downside that I like. They called me when it was done, and worked around my odd schedule (I work 3rd shift). The woman working there was kind of.. moody? But the guy was real nice. In fact I plan to bring my bike in today for the front fork seals to be changed and possibly a new chain. more

If there is one thing I don't like it is when someone charges me for a service I didn't authorize. The store did not call when the job was done, I had to.... the store did not get authorize to do work then charged us for it.... ughhhhh No apologies - they just didn't care.... The service this business provided was great. Not only are they in the busiest season, they were still FAST!!! Two days for a ""unique"" fit. As for the other posts below, what the HELL? I just moved here to Utah and was referred to this place by another long time rider. I mainly have been dealing with personal race mechanics and Cycle Gear (have accounts in Las Vegas and Albuquerque), and since I've been to this place they have just been 'on it', going over my YZ for way cheaper than anywhere else I've been, and anything I needed they got the next day, so I don't know what these other guys are talking about.\r I'm sure that kid that followed the other guy is gone cause I haven't seen any kid there within the last 2 months, and the other stuff these other guys wrote, let's just say my experiene with CH has been completely different- to be honest (and I'm sure they got rid of the half ass mechanic cause they had my bike back after 1 day). I went in here the other day to shop around and compare prices with Wrights down the street. I left and went to Wrights and one of the employees followed me there and accused me of stealing a bunch of stuff and that they had me on camera doing it. Problem was I didn't steal anything. This kid followed me around when I went to another shop too telling me he was going to turn me in and I was ""going down"". Never going there again! Cons: Possible trip to jail more

this store is the worst store in the world to fix gopeds it take over 3 weeks just to fix it. Dont recommend to even bother to call them Pros: not good Cons: cant fix fast more

Took my CR250 in for a fresh piston and rings.After 5 months and about 3 dozen phone calls and every excuse in the book they finished the work but they Put the wrong size piston and rings in and my motor was all dinged up and scratched.Took it to another shop and it was done and done right in only 4 days. 15 months ago I took an engine in for a simple repair, and it is still not finished. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this shop. The service is terible, and they don't deliver what they promise. Cons: Terrible service, slow more
