I decided to go to CyberDark to support a local business. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! My computer was working fine. The power button was just smashed on the side of my laptop. I wanted them to replace the power button - a simple hardware issue. They told me they would call to give me an estimate. I didn't hear from them for a week so I called and they told me they would get back to me. Another 2 days later they called and said my screen was burnt out and needed to be replaced as well.... I told them to go ahead and do the work because I am a student and need my computer. 10 days passes and I do not hear from them. I call they tell me they can't find my computer and will call me back within the hour. Never called me back so I called 5 hours later and was put on hold and again told they can't find my computer... then placed on hold again and told that the ""owner had taken my computer home to work on."" They again gave me the run around and told me they would contact him and asked me to call back in a half hour. I did and they told me he would be in at 9:30am the next morning. I went in the next morning they didn't replace my screen and charged me 100 for the power button. I then got home and my computer does not work. They told me to prove my computer worked in the first place!! A lot of questionable things happened I complained and they told me they would call me back with a solution... did they? OF COURSE NOT. I've given up and do not want them ""fixing"" (further breaking) my computer again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND COMPUTER DEALING WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.
