Cut N Dry Restoration

When our second floor toilet water line decided it had had enough and gave our second floor a good 2 hour soaking our plumber recommended Cut N Dry Restoration to remedy our problem. Garrett Marquez and his team showed up within an hour and started to go to work. From that first night on his team worked diligently to dry and remove all the wet areas. They were always respectful of my time and made sure to let me known when they were working. Garrett and his team were all very professional, courteous and I'll even go so far as to say caring during our experience. Having gone through a similar experience years ago with a different company these guys are the best. more

Cut N Dry Restoration started off great with the initial technician, then no one showed on Saturday for the scheduled cleanup (3 days after initial incident) I had to call twice to get technician on the phone then he said he would call me back and never did. Someone finally showed up on Sunday at 3:00 pm.There were HUGE discrepancies between what was done and what was reported to my insurance. No one ever came to check the progress of my bathrooms being dried out, however they showed the insurance they were there everyday. They also billed me for a dehumidifier that was never turned on by their technician but somehow reported to my insurance they were able to get readings everyday for 5 days ??? I was also charged for them securing a space that was never taped off with plastic ??? more

I would recommend Cut N Dry Restoration. I had a flood in my house and was extremely upset Kaelen Ivory the Field Rep came immediately to my house. He calmed me and told me not to worry they will handle it, no problem. And they did turn the situation into a positive for me. He and his team set up and began the process of removing the damage from the water and set up equipment to start the drying process plus set up a Hepa Air Filter to keep the air clean during the whole procedure. Kaelen took the time to explain to me what they needed to do and mainly not to worry because they would and could take care of the water damage .They did. Kaelen and the team Austen, Matthew, Jonathan and others who I cannot remember their names now were very competent and professional, polite, and on time as they said they would be to check the progress. He called me daily to see if I was ok and if I had any questions. The team came each day to make sure the equipment was functioning and checked the progression during the drying out process Kaelen spoke to the insurance company to explain all that had happened and what took place which was a big help to me. Most of all they were very neat and left no mess which was important to me. I can honestly say these are the people to call they are dependable and their competency is off the chart! more

I would like to acknowledge the selected team members of Cut N Dry Restoration for their professionalism, knowledge and quick response in helping to restore my home from the sustained water damage it received due to a broken valve.
