Wonderful Place! 6/17/2011

Cut Loose moved within the last year, to the plaza in front of it's old location, right next to Gold's Gym. It is under new Ownership as of a few years ago. The girls there are amazing, so nice, and very helpful. Everyone I have sent there absolutely loves it there. I take my whole family and could never go anywhere else. more

They are great! 12/19/2008

After unhappily trying quite a few of the other salons our little town has to offer, a friend recommended Cut Loose. I went and had a great experiance, and have continued back ever since. They've cut all my hair off, dyed my hair, done tons of drastic new styles, and they always do a great job and work with me to find what I am looking for. Also they are wonderful with my 3 year old. The one time I couldnt get a sitter, I brought her with me along with a bag of toys... We didnt even need them, the other girls in the shop kept her busy, playing and gabbing, she loved it! They are great, next month I think I am going to try extensions. more

I have not had any problems there. 1/23/2007

I go to Cut Loose every other week and always have had a great experience. The people are friendly and do good work. The place is always very busy with people getting hair cuts, perms, and color. The majority of the customers seem to know their stylist as well as each other. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and people that work there. Tim more

My Time is Not important 1/3/2007

About a year ago we had a family emergency. I called Cut Loose to see if I could get an appointment to get my hair trimmed so that it would look better groomed for our funeral. I asked for my regular stylist and was given at time to be there, I explained to them that I had several out of town relatives coming in and also several calls from the funeral home so I may be a little late. As it turned out I was about 15 minutes late for my appointment and when I arrived was told that my stylist had left but one of the others would work me in which I appreciated greatly. All the other times I went there I would have to wait anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes for my stylist to get to work as I usually had a morning appointment, but when I needed her the most she could not even wait on me 15 minutes, when she finally did arrive that day she said "Oh I guess my appointment never showed" the girl doing my hair said Yes she's here, all she could say was OH. Never any apology or anything. I'll never go back. I run an office from home and my time is just as precious as hers. more

I wouldn't send my dog there! 10/8/2005

I used to go there about a year ago. When I had my hair cut at the place where I used to live my old hairdresser told me my layers were all uneven in the back, and were not straight at all. She also said my color was 4 different shades from when it was touched up each time. I had my old hair dresser give the formula that she had always used and had no problems with achieving a great result. The Cut Loose hair stylist followed it, but put it in a bottle. I later learned that wasn't how the manufacture recommends it be applied. This is because it drips, which it did onto my face and colored the fine facial hair that everyone has. I couldn't get it off at home, so I went back and their suggestion after the color remover didn't work, since it was on the hair not the skin was I could shave it. I explained then it would grow back dark and stubbly and would look bad forever. They had no other solution. I never went back. I called my hairdresser where I used to live and she told me to use Prell first and if that didn't work to try dishwasher liquid detergent. It did make my skin red for about a day, but removed the color and I didn't have to shave. I cannot stress enough that this place has horrid customer service and follow manufacturers directions. more
