I took a coat in hoping that they could fix the arm holes, which were too narrow. He said it was impossible, so I got the coat in a larger size, which fit in the arms but now was baggy around the waist. I took the jacket to him again to have the waist taken in, and this time he said it ""didn't need it"" because it was a winter coat and refused to do the alteration. I don't know how they intend to stay in business if they won't actually take any business, but I am never going here again, even though it is the most convenient tailor for me.
