Honest and reliable 1/17/2012

I was told by someone else that my brakes needed adjusting. Turns out my brakes are not adjustable, Custom Import inspected my brakes for free and told me that there was nothing needed. I trust them completely. more

Repairs to 2003 Jetta 1/14/2012

A local VW dealership gave me a list of eight repairs they said needed to be done. The repairs would cost about $2,000. To get a second opinion, I ask Custom Import to check over my car for anything wrong now or that might go wrong in the next 6 months. Custom found two things that needed repair, but nothing else. So the the other items on VW dealership's repair list were not necessary. Saved me $1,500. Love these guys. more

Radiator Replaced 12/29/2011

Talked to Charles the sales manager, dropped off the car on monday night it was done by mid day tuesday. Very friendly and Excellent work done on the car. That is the 3rd time ive visited Custom import repair, and i will go back again!! Thanx Charles and crew@!! more

Always Great Service! 11/30/2011

My 2002 Mazda has over 215k miles and is still running strong. I owe most of those miles to the gang at Custom. They are sensitive to the cost of proper maintenance and honest as to what NEEDS to be done, as well as items that can wait.
