Engine mounts 10/20/2011

I thought the vibration in my van was probably broken engine mounts and it was. Custom Import Repair got the job done and my van back to me the same day with the problem solved. It is reassuring to not have to worry about unnecessary work being done! more

4 Runner 10/20/2011

Great work and service as always. One thing I noticed this mornng is that the 'low tire pressure' light is on on the dashboard. The tires look fine, none look low at all. I'm just going to ignore it for now, unless ya'll think otherwise. I think it's just another device to get peope to bring their car to the dealer-ship. I'm not. Thank again. Mark F. more

Fast and reliable service 10/19/2011

Needed a quick oil change and tire rotation and they knew it. I was pressed for time. I was in and out in 40 minutes. These guys are tops. more

Honda Civic 10/4/2011

I am very pleased with the service that I have received at Custom Import Repair, Inc. This was the second time that I have taken my car in to have maintenance and repairs done with them. At first, I took my car to Tires Plus on Southside Boulevard because I was experiencing a brake problem, at which time, they found other problems totaling almost $2,000.00. A friend referred me to Custom Import Repair, Inc. and they were able to complete the repairs for under $1,000.00 and I even got new wiper blades and a tune up. Tires Plus was going to charge me for repairs that were unnecessary. I will not take my car to any other place now!!! more

vw repairs 9/28/2011

I really am glad I have found JJ's, no one wanted to really work on my diesal passat or knew how to. Charles know what he is doing, has owned one, and is very up to date on new ideas. The prices are very reasonable, and fair, they check the car every time, they are thorough and knowledgeable. friendly, caring, I mean what you wouldn't think a mechanic would be like. I appreciate their honesty, no run arounds. As a woman I need that! Just a great expeience. I would highly recommend, even for a routine oil change. Try them out, you will be pleasantly surprised with their service as a mechanic! Charles takes care of me and my car! more

Love them! 9/27/2011

Was fearing the worst before I went in there, but they were very honest and told me it wasn't nearly bad as I had thought. Being a girl I always worry about getting taken advantage of at car places, but that's not a concern for me after going to JJ's. I won't go anywhere else! Charles and JJ are very helpful, professional, understanding and honest. Thank you!! more

We've had our Honda and now our Jeep worked on at Custom Import Auto Repair and we are very pleased with the work on both vehicles. The employees seem to go out of their way to be kind and helpful. We've already told several people that when they need work done on their car they should call Custom Import Auto! more

OK, I come to this shop specifically for the service. The people are very nice too, but it is the no B.S. attitude that rocks, and the fact that they do what I need to have done to keep my 14 year-old car running. Charles "gets it".
