Custom Fitness really works if you stick with it! I just think that the group format helps you to get and stay motivated. Plus, they mix it up and it doesn't get boring. It's just a matter of getting there, but it really works! You don't have to be a marathon runner either, they'll work with you and mix it up for each person. Like they know I hate running, so they let me walk at a fast pace. Their trainers genuinely care about fitness!
