Gray Eagle was great! 5/9/2013

We replaced all the cheap aluminum windows in the back of our house with new picture windows. Gray Eagle was really helpful in explaining our various options, and working with our budget. We had one snag when the windows came ordered in the wrong color (black instead of white), but they resolved it quickly. We've reapproached Gray Eagle about doing the windows in the front of our house. more

Great Service Great Windows Great Price 4/29/2013

Had all 6 windows and our sliding glass door replaced as retrofits. After several bids Custom Exteriors offered the best product for the best price. Service was fantastic and installation was seamless. We love our windows so much we didn't put the blinds back up on the slider and kitchen/dining room windows. Great noise and energy improvements. more

Custom Exteriors are Tried and True Professionals 4/27/2013

Custom Exteriors replaced all six of my windows and did an excellent job. From the first meeting with their sales representative to the final touches post-intallation, they were experienced, professional, friendly and courteous. Watching their 4-man crew remove and replace all six of my windows on the same day was a sight worth seeing - they ran their team like a fine Swiss watch. There was minimal interruption and they cleaned up after themselves. I'm supremely happy with my new windows and couldn't be more pleased. more

Gray Eagle did a fantastic job replacing windows. He was extremely thorough and competent right from the start, evaluating all our options on an older house that wasn't easy to decipher. The windows he installed function perfectly and we are very pleased. We will definitely use him going forward as we begin to replace all the windows in our house. more

Slider door with doggie door included 4/25/2013

We had wanted to replace our current old slider with new dual pane with a doggie door. Looks fantastic and works wonderfully. Would use CE again and am trying to convince hubby to replace windows in the whole house. It was a great experience - everyone is very customer oriented and friendly. Gray is a great person to work with! more

Good experience- would recommend highly 4/24/2013

Several years ago had Anlin dual pane windows installed as retrofits throughout our home. Windows have performed beautifully to this point. Our rep Grayeagle's knowledge and service was exemplary, as was the performance of the rest of the installation and service staff. Subsequently also had plantation shutters installed throughout our home with similar results. I have recommended them also to others because of their professionalism. more

Gay Eagle and the CE team have installed windows on multiple homes over the last 10+ years and never with an issue or hitch. In one case they were able to successfully expedite a replacement window while it was damaged by a separate contractor on site. The quality of the windows is top notch and the upgraded features (i.e. noise package) was a very good value. Thank you CE! more

The installers did an expert job and were really nice guys who kept my house as clean as it was when they arrived. Made my life easy with a good quote and fine quality of his workers 3/20/2013

Kevin saved us money and his men were right on time which made my wife happy. We had a number of windows where leaks were coming from. They replaced all of them right before an extremely heavy rain fall. The drips stopped dripping and his men were easy to work with. Thanks for saving my kitchen and stairway Kevin. Alan Sherman more

Custom Exteriors replaced all the double paine windows in my home. It was much quieter and better insulated. There was one issue regarding some stucco. They returned the next day and saisfied the need. I recommended Custom Exteriors to two friends of mine. Both made substanial purchases and both told me they were happy with the products and service. more

Terrific from start to finish 3/12/2013

They replaced all the windows in a 30 unit apartment building with just a little inconvenience to the tenants. They finished the job 2 days ahead of schedule and Cleanedqqqqq up every day. They have a great showroom and spent a lot of time teaching me about the construction so that I was comfortable with my decision. It was a great experience they did what they said they would. The tenants are very happy and so am I. more

It was a very complicated situation and they did a very good job. We have a 22 unit condo building and we hired them to replace the windows. It was challenging not just from the standpoint of the windows themselves, but also working with 22 homeowners. Kevin did an excellent job of working with the homeowners, and gave us a great price. The crews that did the install were outstanding. more

Custom Exteriors Excellent Quality Work 3/12/2013

Custom Exteriors done work for us on several occasions and it always did excellent job. This time we had Custom Exteriors replaced all 13 of existing windows and patio door with new construction windows with new moldings. Their crew were on time, efficient and careful. They clean up and pick up their tools and debris every day. They were able to match the exterior stucco color and pattern. I would use them again on another project in the future. more

Oustanding customer service, workmanship, and follow-up. 3/11/2013

Kevin visited my house, made recommendations, and options. We chose, installation started in 2 days. Very happy with front doors, glass, door hardware, large wondows above doors, and door staining / treatment after installation. Could not have been more pleased. Good company, personnel, and products. Would definitely use them again, and refer friends and associates to them. Best there is. more

Outstanding job! 3/11/2013

We added a complete outdoor living area/kitchen to our house last summer which required replacing an existing window with french doors. Custom Exteriors did a great job! The quality of the work was excellent and you would think the french doors have been there all along. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. more
