My wife and I knew little about RV's we went to all the larger RV dealers in the area and without execption they attempted to take advantavge of us by pushing to make a deal ,mostly on large old overpriced Class A's. When we went into Custom Camper the first time Pete the owner educated us on RV's and discussed our true needs he did not try to put us into something we would have later been sorry we purchased. He gave us a fair deal on a 5th wheel which we really enjoy. This is not the end of the story however, after the sale Pete his wife Sue and their son Mike have been there with great service no questions asked. They have never attempted to blame us for any issues we have had and always fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I would reccommed Pete and his family to anyone who is looking to purchase an RV or in need of service. Other RV dealers felt like car dealers you can see and smell the slim on their sales people. One guy at another dealer in Southington near Waterbury was called ""Wheels"" on his business card he was the worst a real con man who seemed like he would take advantage of his own mother
