Woman here are awesome but for 3 days for what they charge is alot of money and plus food this is crazy. one can go to a gym and pay less and get to make friends there.This place is nice and the people are supportive but the price is alot for 3 days. PROS: You do workout CONS: money is not worth it more

You can use the machines, all in a circle with 5 friends or others that are there for the same thing you are...I also know that once you get past using this part of your exercise you can then find other places to go....I really enjoy going to curves more
