Ok If you have to join a gym and are a female I can not say enough good things about this place. I am very overweight and am trying to improve and loose some weight. This is one place I was always made to feel welcome and never felt out of place. I always looked forward to going. The only problem I had was the hours they were open did not work well with my work schedule. Unfortunately many of the sites have very limited hours. If you want an all around good workout give it a try. It incorporates strength training as well as an aerobic workout that works the whole body. You can't get any better for a half an hour. Only 30 little minutes to better health! Now keep in mind that I hate to sweat but I loved to go here. Pretty amazing.
