Curb Man

Curb Man showed up, ripped apart two of my sprinkler heads (refused to pay for or replace them), left piles of concrete all over my lawn, left a 4' pile of dirt & sod on my driveway, and did average curbing work in the process. All this, with Peter (The Curb Man) onsite supervising. NOTE TO PETER: You should take care of your customers better than this. Curbing is Curbing. The difference between contractors is in the way that it is done. I was not left with a good impression; just a mess, sprinkler and clean-up work to do. more

I have lived in my house for 6 years and have had plastic curbing that looks awful. I've seen the ads for Curb Man and have always thought, that would be so nice to get done! I finally just called them, it was a Friday and he told me he would get back to me next week, so we could see what the weather would be like. I got a call on Tues. that they could be there Wed. morning. They got here bright and early...8:30 and I was amazed at how quick and efficient they were. My yard had 68 ft. and they were in and out in 40 min. They cleaned up afterward very nicely, and Pete was very pleasant to speak with. It looks great! I felt confident in their assurance that it would fulfill my needs. Thank you so much Curb Man!! more

Curb Man came out and did my landscape curbing this past Fall and they did and exceptional job. I'm so excited for the Spring weather to get here so I can do my planting and really show it off. My yard is going to look awesome! more

I just wanted to say that Pete was an uber professional. His bid was accurate(actually less than was originally quoted) He was on time, friendly and got the job done! I have used his services not just once but twice. I would absolutely reccommend him to anyone who wanted it done right the first time. Well done! My yard looks fabulous! more

I saw Curbman in a mailer I received, I called to see about getting a bid. I was directed to their website where I could use their ""free estimator"" The estimator is a simple calculator that multiplies the footage times the price. I'm not an idiot, I know how to multiply two numbers together. What I needed was someone to come and measure my yard and tell me how much footage I had. I told them that and his response was to walk the borders to get an approximate footage and put this in the calculator. Again, I could have figured that out myself. His online ad says ""Save the earth with our free online estimator"" What I think it should say is ""Help me save time because I'm lazy and I don't want to help you."" I looked at the other reviews online and they read like his Twitter feed, lots of exclamation points and declarations of his greatness. When I looked even closer, all 5 other reviews were written in the space of a few days with none before or since, that seems odd. I know there is at least one person that likes Curbman, that seems to be Curbman himself. Pros: Thinks highly of himself. Cons: Doesn't want to offer customer service. more
