I saw Curbman in a mailer I received, I called to see about getting a bid. I was directed to their website where I could use their ""free estimator"" The estimator is a simple calculator that multiplies the footage times the price. I'm not an idiot, I know how to multiply two numbers together. What I needed was someone to come and measure my yard and tell me how much footage I had. I told them that and his response was to walk the borders to get an approximate footage and put this in the calculator. Again, I could have figured that out myself. His online ad says ""Save the earth with our free online estimator"" What I think it should say is ""Help me save time because I'm lazy and I don't want to help you."" I looked at the other reviews online and they read like his Twitter feed, lots of exclamation points and declarations of his greatness. When I looked even closer, all 5 other reviews were written in the space of a few days with none before or since, that seems odd. I know there is at least one person that likes Curbman, that seems to be Curbman himself.
Pros: Thinks highly of himself.
Cons: Doesn't want to offer customer service.
