Great Service Experience 6/21/2013

Frank and all of the staff at the Service Center were a pleasure to work with. They identified the problem and were able to resolve it to our satisfaction. I think their rates are much better then going to the dealership and other service centers in the area. We really appreciated the personalized service that Frank provided and will continue to go to him for our service needs. more

First time I brought my car to this shop. I am so glad I did, because I had a great experience! the manager is very knowledgeable on what he does, he explained in detail all the things need to be fix in my car; which I am aware of but he informed me which are the priorities and what can wait. I felt very comfortable I definitely will, come back and recommend them to my friends. thank you Cupelli shop! more

We have a 2007 E350 MB and a beam light burned. We showed up with no appointment and were promptly helped and left a half hour latter with new lights. We will use Cupelli for all our auto repair needs from now on. more
