You pay attention and follow up as promised 8/15/2013

The price was fair and reasonable. The service was excellent. It is all to rare in South Florida to get a call back from a service provider or have them keep their promises. Cupelli does both. Perhaps most important is Cupelli builds trust, I feel what I am told is accurate whereas with other auto repair shops and dealers there remain questions about what they are telling me. more

Found and fixed electrical problem 8/10/2013

Frank and his staff found and foxed a difficult to diagnose electrical problem that had made our 1994 Camry undriveable. Now, the car drives as good as it did when it was new. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to Cupelli Automotive for any service issue. more
