Cuddy's Taxi

I have rode with Cuddy's a number of times at night and have yet to see a King County license displayed. The cabs were dirty on the inside, 1 smelled like cigarettes and another one smelled like it was used in a Cheech and Chong movie, one in particular looked as if it hadn't been washed in a year, I also noticed a sign on the dash stating that the king county issued license was for the city of Auburn only. I noticed this when I was getting picked up in ENUMCLAW. Therefore the ads you read for this service are false at best openly misleading and by King County law criminal in nature. I would recommend ""ANY"" other form of transportation if you wish to deal with a reputable company. more

I've been using Cuddy's taxi for well over a year now and have to say out of all the other cab companies that serve South King County this one is by far the fastest and best on getting me to where I'm going on time and under quoted price. I have yet to experiance unperfesionalism from any driver and on the contrairy have had a wonderfull experiance. I recomend Cuddy's to anyone who needs prompt service anywhere in Auburn aria. more

At about 5am this morning, I was at a Texaco getting a drink and fuel. As I entered the lobby of the store, a male walked out yelling ""a f***ing N***er stole my phone"". When this guy yelled it, he did it in a very agitated way and very, very loudly. I was highly offended but he did leave. From my initial thought I felt as if this person was under the influence of some sort of substance. \r As I went outside to start pumping my fuel, this same person stepped out of the drivers side door of Cuddy cab #6 and yelled ""F***ing S**t!"". Again this was in a very agitated way and extremely loud so that everyone could hear him.\r Now, I can not say for sure about whether or not he was under the influence but, from the other comments, I wonder. I do understand that he was upset about some individual stealing his phone though. I would be upset as well but, instead of yelling, cussing and throwing out racial slurs because of it, I would contact the police and report it.\r This was very unprofessional at the minimum and hateful at the worst. I will never use Cuddy Taxi Service due to the actions of their employee and I personally would suggest all others stay away from them. \r Cuddys', I see you are soo quick to defend yourselves from comments. There was an employee at the station and I am sure like all other locations, they record. You dont believe me, ask driver #6 where his phone is and then talk with the lady at Texaco (Auburn Way N./15th.) more

lol, these reviews are funny. I am a current driver who works on saturday nights. This job sucks, not because of the company but because it doesnt pay, very long hours, and rude customers. We as drivers dont bicker of fares, dispatch tells us where to go. Sometimes we have to drive all the way to enumclaw use our own gas money and pick up a fare that is going to go a few blocks. then drive all the way back into auburn. Using our own gas. Some customers should appreciate the hard workers, we deal with horrible drivers, drunk people, and we still pick you up with a cheerful smile on our face. cuddys is the best company around. period. No one uses drugs thats a ridiculous lie, we get random drug tests. And most of us our family people like me with kids. using this as second job to help the amount of bills. We drive under the speed limit, we keep our cabs clean, we cut breaks on fares with regulars, we smile, we knock on your door, we give courtesy calls, and we do time calls which 98.9 percent of the time we are 15 minutes early... all this for about 60-80 bucks on most nights working 12 hour shifts... cuddys is also the cheapest around and we know auburn like the back of our hands... i recomend cuddys not just as as driver but ive used them personally numerous times when my wife was pregnant and i wasnt at home to cart her around more

Cuddy's taxi is the worst taxi i've ever used especially compared to yellow cab or the others. This taxi never made on time. Even today, I called Cuddy's to picked me up at Auburn,WA at 4:00p.m and they just arrived at 5:55. The Dispatcher are very totally rude and unprofessional. I even called 4 times waiting for the taxi. They can't do anything, and only said wait 30 minutes, wait 30 minutes, wait 15 minutes yet never came. I shouldve used another taxi besides from cuddy's Just dont use this taxi if you have an important appointment. This taxi will never make it believe me. more

1. NONE of my dispatchers are drug addicted. (I do random drug tests on all of my drivers and dispatchers). 2. The staff are clean, and so aren't the cabs. 3. There are no prioritizing of calls other than people that have to get to work, or the airport, or to doctor's appointments. (Yes we take time calls). 4. We are fully aware that our radio dispatch is being monitored by several other cab companies, who we have in fact, caught stealing fares, and for which the passengers have told us. 5. Our drivers are licensed professional taxicab drivers (King County and Pierce County), and have had their criminal backgrounds checked. This sounds like it was written by someone that used to drive for the company, and whose services I had to terminate due to lack of professionalism. And yes, we are aware that other cab companies are stealing our fares, (we have caught them). Our taxicab drivers have real Picture ID licenses, ask any taxicab driver to show their PICTURE Taxicab licenses issued by the county they are picking up in. If they don't have one or two, ask them why. And this is the first time I have posted here. One of my customers brought it to my attention today. more

As someone with personal knowledge of this company and how it runs, I can't encourage consumers to run far enough fast enough. Pros: It's possible to get a cab when you ask Cons: Drug addicted drivers, unsanitary, unprofessionalism more

Drivers knock at your front door, and don't just honk their horn when they arrive. They also help you load, and unload your packages and groceries to your front door, and out of the grocery carts. They allow your pets (cats in carriers, dogs with muzzles) to ride in their cabs with passengers. Pros: Clean comfortable Cabs Cons: Wait time can be up to a 1/2 hour more
