AVOID CTS!!! Giving CTS one star is still giving too much credit. First off, they only accept cash payments, which prevents customers from returning to CTS to have them fix anything they may have damaged. In my case, there were a couple dents in my car, but it took them 3 weeks to complete a job they told me would be done in 3-4 days. When I picked my car up, my ENTIRE bumper was falling off and was only attached to my car by wire hangers (literally, no joke), the dent that was already there was WAY worse and even had additional dents next to it, the hood won't open, my heating & air conditioner doesn't work, and the bumper was so damaged that you could literally break off parts of the bumper with just a simple pull. After confronting the owner, Chris, about this situation, he took a look at my car and claimed my car was like that when I brought it to CTS, which is completely untrue. When he said he could prove his case by showing me pictures taken the day I dropped my car off that I witnessed being taken, he claimed those pictures were deleted (obviously because the pictures showed CTS damaged my car even more). Chris demanded payment, but I refused. He began to yell and demand payment, but I still refused, as I refused to pay a body shop that further damaged my car. I had an extra set of keys so I could take my car to prevent CTS from further damaging my car (rightfully so or not). Once outside, Chris and another one of his co-workers threatened to physically harm me if I took my car, jumped on the hood of my car, and entered my car without my permission while refusing to get out. Unfortunately, the police had to be called to resolve this dilemma. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessional, unsatisfactory, and overall pitiful customer service, let alone having my personal safety and property in jeopardy. I respectfully advise all others to avoid CTS at all costs, especially because CTS employees, I'm sure, would display the same behavior as noted above to any other customer.
