Crystal Run Healthcare

After living in the Hudson Valley, almost my entire life, it was wonderful to have a one stop place for most if not all of your daily medical needs. Having 3 special needs children, means I spend a lot of time at the doctors. I've been impressed with the urgent care at Crystal Run, it was fast and the testing was all done on site. I was then given appointments right from the urgent care within days. No long waits and up to date doctors without the long waits at the local emergency rooms. more

I had recently moved to the Hudson Valley when I flu-like symptoms that I couldn't shake. I went to Crystal Run Healthcare b/c it had been reccomended to me as the place to go in the Hudson Valley. The non medical staff was VERY helpful in getting my insurance info processed, and the Phys. Asst. (I never saw a Doctor) was nice enough. I really felt though that it was like an assembly line. When they were unable to diagnose my condition, the suggested I follow up with a CR physician in the next few days. I didn't though b/c when I called to make an appointment with ANY doctor in their system, it was a FIFTEEN day wait. Good thing I didn't have anything life threatening huh? It seems like Crystal Run spent a lot of money on a nice building, and very little on helping people get healthy. more
