Tony Zeller technician 10/27/2019

He was great explained everything that he did and checked out with the heat pump system. Explained what all he checked out and help us with the the filter and humidifier knowledge. So we do it correctly. Everything knowledgeable and curious person. Very happy to have him come in my home. more

Crystal Heating and Cooling are the best. They tell you what needs to be fixed now and what will need to be fixed in the future. This company doesn’t try and gouge the consumer with unnecessary fixes just to get in to your wallet like some of these other companies. Truly professionals. Highly recommended. more

Great Service for nearly 20 years. 4/4/2019

This company is the BEST!! Their staff has always been on time very cordial and extremely professional. We have six large, overly friendly dogs and the guys are always comfortable with them. They get the job done and are respectful of our home and the desire to have our heating and cooling system in the best working order there is. Suggestions are made and we are never pressured to make a decision on the spot. Our questions are answered--no matter how minute the concern. Cleaning of heat pump 1/19/2019

Darren was cordial and very proficient in thoroughly inspecting the furnace and air conditioner called a heat pump. He thoughtfully changed my filter and stopped the crazy noise that was going on when it kicked on. Thank you Crystal Heating & Cooling for your excellent work! more
