TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 2/13/2009

NO STARS! First, lost my pants and then altered my pants Too Short and refused to fix them without more charges! When I said ""I'll go somewhere else"" the old guy told me ""Get the F*ck out of here!"" TOO RUDE!!! Go somewhere else where the owners know what good customer service is!!!! Total Losers!
