The people care enough to remember you. The dinning room can get noisy, but what's new. The food is always great and they seem to care that it is. Great service. The Sicilian is nice and garlicky and the eggplant Pizza is out of this world! Tender and not bitter! Pasta with white beans and sausage is a real winner. Was passing through Scottsdale and decided to check it out. The food was absolutely incredible and I was shocked when the bill came and was under $20 after having pizza, dessert as well as 3 beers. If you like good service, good atmosphere and GREAT food, you have to try CRUST! You will keep going back. The prices are very reasonable and the food is really delicious. My husband and I eat there often, and our friends love to meet us there too. The owners are warm and friendly , which makes for a fun, satisfying night out. COMING FROM THE EAST COAST, IN MY OPINION YOU CAN NOT FIND A GOOD SLICE OF PIZZA IN AZ. I STUMBLED UPON THIS PIZZA WINE CAFE CALLED 'CRUST' , AND AFTER EATING THEIR 'PIZZA RUSTICA', I AM THINKING 2008 IS GOING TO BE A GREAT YEAR! ITS A DIFFERENT TAKE ON A SLICE OF PIZZA BUT THE FLAVOR IS UNREAL. THE 'RUSTICA' IS AN OVER-SIZED THIN CRUST PIZZA SLICE AND CAN BE MADE ANYWAY YOU LIKE IT. CRUST MAKES 'MEDIUM CRUST' SQUARE PIES WHICH IS FOR ME SIMILAR TO A THIN NY SICILIAN AND A VERY COOL TAKE ON PIZZA! THE CONCEPT BEHIND CRUST IS WELL AHEAD OF ITS TIME - HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF A CHICKEN PARMIGIAN ROLLATINI OR DESERT PIZZA??? YEAH, ME EITHER. BUT LET ME TELL YOU.... DELICIOUS. MY DATE ENJOYED THE 'SPINACH SALAD' WHICH CAME WITH STRAWBERRIES AND A DELICIOUS RASBERRY VINIGRETTE. THE SALADS ARE SERVED IN THEIR HOMEMADE BREAD OR 'CRUST' BOWL. Based on the reviews and the convenient location, we tried out CRUST on Sat. night. We loved the atmosphere and the ability to order items by the slice AND see them on display. However, we were disappointed by the salad size and presentation and by the taste of the pizza. The brownie dessert was good, but needed more cake and icecream and less whipcream. Overall, the experience was just average. I would suggest going to Oreganos or Pizza Picasso though if you want better flavor. Pros: Selection, location and service Cons: flavor, pizza was cold more

After my husband and I dined at CRUST we fell in love with the place. So much that we decided to have CRUST cater our Christmas Eve Dinner. They did an awesome job!! Their baked ziti and meatballs are out of this world. I hate to admit it, but even better than my homemade ziti. I have thoroughly enjoyed my food and dining experiences at Crust. It has a warm cozy atmosphere, wonderful wine options, TV for viewing my favorite games and best of all the food! I love the spinach & strawberry salad and the chicken parmesan rollatini. The crust is the best! Pizza by the slice is a nice option, especially the chicken bruschetta slice! I really love this resaurant! The atmosphere is very relaxed, but classy. It's amazing for a date, or for catching up with friends. The service is VERY good, we never had to wait for anything, and our server had such a fun personality! The owner was there and he was really cool, he talked with us for a long time and kept bringing us things to try. The prices aren't high, and Crust even has a fantastic wine list!
