The restaurant is definitely smaller than it seems. We visited on a Friday night at 7:30-all tables were full with a few couples waiting. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for our table. They seem to still be getting things together as it took about 20 minutes to get water to the table. After that, the waiter was extremely attentive and very friendly. I was very impressed by the food. It's not your run of the mill Italian restaurant; it definitely has northern Italian and some Mediterranean influences in their dishes as well. They have a great selection of wine, but most of it is priced by the bottle. They also make a mean spicy Bloody Mary (they use horse radish, it's amazing). As a last side note, there is no kids menu and they do not serve bread before the meal.
