Crstal Palace, Walt Disney World, Magic Kingdom

This is a great restaurant to take the children to. It is located in the Magic Kingdom adjacent to Cinderella's Castle. All the food is served buffet style. They carry a huge buffet selection something for everyone. Characters from Pooh walk around the tables and visit. The price is a little on the high end but everything is included. We had meal options in included in our package. I suggest making a reservation ahead of time as the wait can be long at times. more

We make the Crystal Palace one of our regular dining stops when visiting Walt Disney World. The character interaction is terrific -- wonderful photo opportunities and autographs, and the buffet is great as well. They have a nice salad selection, hot meats and sides, and a lower buffet area easily reached by children (the children can eat from the entire buffet, however the kid favorites are at child level making it easier for a child to scoop up their own choosings) The dessert section is great as well, with a lot to choose from -- cookies, cakes, pies, ice cream. The characters (Piglet, Eeyore, Tigger, Pooh) make their rounds to each table in a timely manner. If you are celebrating a birthday, make sure to tell the wait staff -- your birthday boy or girl will get a special birthday cupcake, and if you let them know in advance (when you call for a seating) you will be surprised by a decorated table and card signed by the characters! more
