Not a good place. Terrible customer service by receptionist (Stephanie). When I asked her who long is the wait time she shrugged her shoulders and said " I do not know. I do not have a gauge". I complained to Sami who claimed he is the manager and also the business owner. He indicated that since it would take much longer to do the x-ray in a hospital their service is good. Terrible ,terrible customer service by the front desk service (Stephanie). Will never go to this place again and do not recommend this place at all. more

MRIs Plus:) 2/9/2006

I recently had to get an MRI and was referred to Crown Valley Imaging ... I had never had and MRI so I wasn't sure what to expect ... The staff took the time to call me prior to my apointment and not only ask the general questions required ... but answered my questions ... When I arrived ... they explained everything and the process was a breeze ... If I ever need another MRI ... I'll be sure to return there :) more
