Super Easy To Work With 8/5/2015

After multiple trips to my dealership and never being happy with how the car rode, I took it to these guys and they, not only fixed the problems I was having, but were able to warn me of other issues. It was fixed fast and I was never left wondering about my car. Outstanding service. more

Crown Point Auto Repair offered me options before repairing my car. The actual price came in less than expected. My only concern is that because coffee and water are offered to customers as they wait for their vehicle a public restroom should be available. more

Needed brakes & they quoted the best price plus selected the best(lower) of two discount offerings. They also found additional issue with the transmission & resolved it. more

Emergency repair of misfire 7/20/2015

Thank you for a quick and great service on Friday afternoon on the repairing engine misfire. We have been in a middle of the road from South Carolina to Minnesota when the engine started misfiring, losing power, check engine light was on and blinking, the car was shaking. You found the time to squeeze us in your schedule, and your technicians have been working on the car until the evening. So we were back on the road and arrived well. When approaching Saint Paul, MN, we got in the epicenter of a heavy thunderstorm with the lightnings firing over our heads. So, then I knew that the investment was well worth it. Willing to work with you on cost, free loaner (need newer vehicles but still grateful for the option) 6/23/2015

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! 9/9/2011

FIRST AND FOREMOST, I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY CAR I TOOK IT IN ON A MONDAY MORNING. THEY TELL ME IT WILL BE DONE AT THE END OF THE DAY. THIS **** WAS'NT DONE UNTIL FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN THEY CLOSED. I HAD TO TAKE 5 DAYS OFF WORK BECAUSE I HAD NO TRANSPORTATION AND THE PROBLEM WAS SIMPLE ALL IT WAS,WAS A FUEL PUMP. I WAS SO DISGUSTED WITH THE POOR BUSINESS, NO SYMPATHY FOR TAKING OFF 5 DAYS OF WORK, OR HAVING MY CAR IN THE SHOP SO LONG FOR SOMETHING SO SIMPLE TO BE DONE. AND THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF I HAD A $10 OFF COUPON FOR A SERVICE (WHICH IT WAS) THE LADY SAYS ITS GOOD ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE..??? THIS BUSINESS SUCKS YOU REALLY CAN'T TAKE OFF 10 AFTER HAVING MY CAR FOR 5 DAYS???? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DO YOU RUN, I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE, AND DIRECTING ALL MY FRIENDS TO DIFFERENT AUTO CENTERS, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!! more
