We purchased a cpo GL 450 at crown. I was impressed with Konstantin Chumak our salesperson. He was very attentive to our needs and had all the awnsers to our questions. We did not feel pressured to do the deal.\r I would gladly do business with Konstantin in the future and look forward to returning to Crown for our service needs. more

Buying a new vehicle can sometimes be very difficult to say the least. Going into it this time we were not looking for much in the experience. But, WOW....what a difference going to Crown Mercedes Benz. From the moment we walked in and Michael Antauer greeted us, we were blown away the entire time. Michael became like a friend to us, my wife even hugged him on the way out, haven't seen that one in the 30 years we've been married. Thanks a again to everyone at Crown, especially Michael, our new family friend. more

Mike Antauer was great. I was greeted the second I walked in the door. I could not help but notice how friendly Mike was, he even referred to me as buddy several times. Mike consulted me throughout my purchase and made sure I ended up in a sedan and not an SUV since it really did not fit my needs. I can say between picking cars and the great deal Mike gave me a truly exceptional experience. I will make sure to refer all of my friends and family to my buddy Mike. more

Recently purchased a new C Class from Andrew Ruck and Tom Sands and the experience was outstanding. I could not be more happy with the vehicle and the service I received during the process. Both Andrew and Tom took the time to go over all of my options as well as explained the process extremely well. Buying a car can be a very stressful but dealing Crown Mercedes Benz was a stress free and fun Process. Andrew has been great at keeping in contact and answering any lingering questions I have. Stephen Revard does what he has to do to make the sale and also have a happy customer. Stehen Revard is very professional and knowledgable about the product line and a pleasure to work with. Fabulous Salesman. My experience at Crown Mercedes Benz of Dublin was simply incrediblse and such a smooth and easy process. I met with Konstantin Chumak and he was so knowledgable and helpful. He knew exactly how to help me find what I was looking for. He wasn't too pushy, which is the problem I usually encounter with car dealers and made me feel comfortable and at home at Crown Mercedes Benz. I couldn't have had a better experience with Konstantin as he was patient, answered all of my questions and so informative. I don't have any complaints and wouldn't want to buy a Mercedes anywhere else. Thank you so much, Konstantin, for the TRUE 5-star service! I bought a Mercedes within the last year and have had nothing but outstanding service at Crown. Anytime I have questions or concerns I call or e-mail Luke Bates and he always does an amazing job of getting back to me as soon as possible. I have never had an experience like the one I have every time I walk into Crown even when I am just going to get my car washed. Luke is always very precise in getting work done in a timely manner and communicating what is going on with my car. I would never take my car anywhere else for anything! :) more

Michael Antauer delivers exceptional customer service throughout the car shopping and buying process, and continues to do so even after the sale, ensuring that my car and its driver are happy! Service Department 2/22/2012

Kevin Riemenschneider was extremely helpful and great to work with. He got me in for a service quote the day that I called him and ordered the part that I needed. He called me when the part came in a few days later and got me in for same day service again. I will continue to have my 2012 Mercedes ML350 serviced there. more

Great Salesman 2/17/2012

Stephen Revard help us choose the right car for us. He was very helpful and informative. He is the first sales person who continued to follow up with and inform his customer after the purchase. The next time we want a Mercedes Stephen will be the first person we call. more
