My experience with Crown Eurocars has been truly first class from the first contact to date. Jason responded immediately to my email, answered my questions, and offered the best price (by far) I encountered while shopping for my new CLS550. Since the car was being ordered, we were approximately two months out from delivery and it occurred to me that lease rates could very well change in that time. When I asked Jason what would happen in that circumstance, he replied that we had a deal and, if rates changed, Crown would eat the difference, not me. That tells you all you need to know about how they do business. Simply put, they believe in treating people right. After all, why sell a guy one car and make a few extra bucks, when you can treat him right and sell him five cars over the next few years?\r \r John did a great job fielding my various production and shipping-related emails, as well as with the delivery process, itself. Kevin made the business aspects of completing the lease a pleasure.\r \r All in all, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Crown and with the service we received from Jason, John, and Kevin. We'll absolutely be back for more. more

We bought our Mercedes GLK on new year's eve after dealing with Ryan Sanders. He's a typical sales man!!!! Tells you all what you want to hear, but delivers very minimum. He was not knowledgeable about the car he is selling us. He was just so lucky because I already decided to buy it whether with him or some one else. There was not enough support from Crown Eurcars afterward. In fact they completely forgot to process our plate & they didn't do so until we started to bug them. That's of course after Ryan Sanders said we'll get it by the end of the month! Due to this poor customer service they offered us to fill our gas tank next time we're near by.\r When I tried to call him, he was already moved to Jaguar Crown Eurocars. Of course he tried to get out of this offer! Luckily the sales manager Mr. Rene was more helpful & he passed us to Ben Cranston, who was super great and went above & beyond. Thanks Ben for all your help & outstanding assistance. He was so knowledgeable about our Mercedes GLK & went through all details thoroughly. We are considering buying a Jaguar, but we'll not go to Ryan Sanders even if he is there. We'll certainly ask for Ben Cranston even if he is in Mercedes we trust him to tell us all about our new Jaguar. more

I brought my Mercedes to Crown Eurocars in September as I had a warning light on. I met with the service advisor, Thomas Potter, and he was extremely helpful. He put me right at ease and took care of the problem right away. He also checked for some other possible issues with my car and took care of that also going above and beyond his duties. My whole experience with Crown Euro was a very pleasant and rewarding one. Thomas Potter was very professional and handled all my questions to my complete satisfaction. I'll be sure to look him up the next time I have any problems with my Mercedes. more

Russ Bauer did a great job for us. I found him to be very knowledgable and his willingness to help make this a quick and positive experience was unmatched. My husband and I worked with Jim Smith at Crown Eurocars. We looked for over a month and went to several dealerships in the area. We by far received the best service here. We were very particular with what we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. We told Jim our specifications and were alerted immediately once it was available. We never received unnecessary phone calls or emails. He went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman. We love our 2010 Mercedes GLK! more

FIRST CLASS...EVERY ASPECT!!! There is nowhere else I would recommend buying a mercedes other than Crown Eurocars and no other salesman I would refer other than Jason Dees. My experience buying my new ML far exceeded all expectations and I look forward to buying each and every car there in the future...as well as referring them to all of my friends and family!! Jason was extremely helpful in walking me thru the entire process and explaining everything so that there were no surprises. This is our third Mercedes that we have purchased from Tony Diamond at Crown Eurocars. So that should say it all!! Every transaction has gone smooth. Even though we are no longer living in Florida, Tony was my first call when I was reaching the end of the lease. The total transaction was done by phone and emails. Tony met us in Orlando with the new vehicle and the paper work was executed in the lobby of the hotel. He drove the old vehicle away and off we went with the new. I must say that I miss the Crown service department experience but long as I drive a Benz, I will be purchasing from Tony and Crown....why change now? more

Crown Eurocars is one of the best Mercedes dealerships in the country. I must echo the previous reviews?which all happen to be positive. This is not a coincidence! Dennis Campbell, my sales consultant, made my car buying experience *fun* and *exciting*. Yes, I just used those two words to describe buying a used car. Walking into the showroom was better than my local car show since it was filled with everything from an SLS AMG to a Maybach! Dennis gave me a brief tour of the dealership before showing me the car we spoke about on the phone. He made the car like new?repairing a few small chips on the front bumper and some minor dings on the passenger door edges. Dennis also helped me secure an awesome deal. The car I liked was a rare diesel model, and Dennis went to manager several times on my behalf to negotiate. There was never any pressure to buy?instead, Dennis made sure the car did not sell before I got to the dealership. Even as a Virginia resident, I would not hesitate to fly to Crown Eurocars in St. Pete for my next car!! more

I had a great experience at Crown Eurocars. I was very skeptical about buying a car sight unseen from a dealership 850 miles away, but the purchase exceeded my expectations. Dennis Campbell was an excellent sales consultant and ensured that my car was perfect before pickup. In addition to basic reconditioning and an oil change, Dennis provided a new set of floor mats and four Continental OE tires. I was so impressed with his willingness to go above and beyond even though my car was too old to qualify for the Certified Pre-Owned program. A+ for awesome environment and customer service priority!! more

I had been looking for a pre-owned 2009 Mercedes CLS550. I informed my sales consultant Matt Taneja at Crown and told him exactly the colors and packages I wanted the car to come with. Well they found it. Both the car and Matt exceeded my expectations. Matt and Crown made sure the car was in mint condition before handing it over to me. Matt has also been in frequent touch with me over the past few weeks to make sure everything is working well with the car. more

7/29/2011 Great service, price and I love my car! Both sales manager (Jason Good) and sales consultant(Bill Martin) were great to work with and met my expectations. Bill walked me through all the features on my new car, and even offered to come to my place and set up the remote garage opener. The Crown Mercedes showroom is clean and all the staff are friendly. Marc in finance was very nice as well and went through all the details and options MB has to offer. I am very excited to be a new MB owner and look forward to my first car service. Today 1/27/2012 I decided to update this and write another excellent review for the Crown Mercedes team! Six months later and still extremely happy with the service, I get occasional calls from my sales consultant Bill Martin to make sure I am doing well and love my car, and I even get personal invitations for any local Crown Mercedes events. I feel like I am part of the Crown family, but the service i get is beyond my expectations, and I can not even describe it. Crown Mercedes treats me like I am the only and very important customer they have!!!! I have gone to other Mercedes dealers in the Tampa and Sarasota area and no one compares to Crown Mercedes! They are the BEST!!!! Besides the superior service I receive I have to say driving a Mercedes Benz is the ultimate luxury. No other car is built like a Mercedes! From the solid workmanship, to the high quality parts, ultimate safety features, interior and even the paint Mercedes Benz automobiles are in a class of their own, no other can compare!!! more

Went their on 5-11-2010 looking for a jaguar xf white in color Al the salesman assured me that even though they did not have one on the lot they have access to hundreds of dealerships in states other than florida alone. He asked me if I was trading my car in and when i informed him that I was he suggested to bring my car in on 5-12-2010 to have it appraised and if we agreed on the appraisal price than all we would have to wait for him to locate this particular jag. In turn we agreed that I would get $31,000 in trade for my 2006 BMW 750 LI in prestine shape. Al told me and I quote ""I will call Cons: What you see is not what you get more

He was shocked that I called and was telling me some nonsense that the car was such a hot commodity that the price had sky rocketed. I couldnt believe this guy really was saying such nonsense. Then I told him that I seen a 2008 mercedes E350 with 4,000 miles and I might be interested in turn we made an appt for the next day. I went online and seen this car was 40,995 and headed to crown. As I sit with this guy Al I tell him I like the car and might want to purchase it after a test drive I say thats not a bad price 40k with a benz with 4k miles He looks me dead in the eye and with this Stupid look says I think the car is 44k and goes on the computer in front of me to one of their web sites and shows me the same car I seen that morning for 40,995 listed at 43,995 and says See told you. Now I was getting their story so I said Im going home now and getting the paper I printed from home with the car at 40,995. Now I leave and this little worm starts getting nervous and comes outside with this fat slob he says is a sales manager who wants to look at my car( which had already been appraised at 31,000) I swear on everything holy this slob did not even open my doors and looked at my car for less than one minute. I leave and not three minutes later this guy Al calls and tell me your right the car is 40,995 not 43,995 but my manager now wants to give you 28k for your car(the exact difference) Needless to say I told him where to go and would offer my experience to anyone who is thinking of doing business with this company Cons: What you see is not what you get more
