I took my truck to get services on Monday to find out what was wrong with it. They find the problem but I had a problem with the pads they put on in Sept. last year. I have complain about it 4 time about the brake making noise. They promise the noise would stop but it never did. Now they want to charge me again to put on new pads and to turned them. I told them I wasn't going to replace something that I been complaining about since Sept. The services manage is so ruled and mean. I couldn't believe they wouldn't fix it because my warranty has end. They wouldn't even check them when I complain.( Really, after all the time I complained.) I been going to this dealership for 5 years almost 6. They always took good care of me. Now ,I guess they got too big to care about customers. I will never buy another Dodge or recommend them to anymore of my friends. more

I went there looking for a used truck because I've always been a truck gal. Needed to get out of the truck I was in for several reasons. Then when the only salesman I saw around there told me I would do better getting a new vehicle didn't think that made any sense to me but the trucks were too expensive. I had been looking at the Chargers since they had come out and always said if I ever bought a car that would be the one I'd want..and here he come out with one to show me. And I brought it home. It's ""SWEET""..Smooth Ride..my back doesn't hurt as much either..seats are so much more comfortable..room for my long legs to stretch and ride comfortable...THANKS...Rick..Brian and Crown Dodge..U knew what I needed and more before I did..I'll be back and send u some customers.. more

People come on down to Crown Dodge, if for nothing else, to see one of the finest salesman in N.C. He just looks at you while you talk yourself into new vehicle. No pressure from this guy! You are trying to buy more than he is trying to sell. I like this man! He is very nice, friendly , knowledgable, and helpful. Answers all questions as if he made the truck himself. This wonderful man is not even my husband , or relative. He is non other than Darin Virdin. He has help put us in 2 different trucks and a car. There is plenty to choose from at Crown and Darin knows something about them all!!!!! Go see him and tell him Betty sent you. Pros: They do everything for you, you just sit there. Cons: Had to wait little while, busy place. more
