Stephen was patient with us during our extensive Q&A's, provided us with a vehilce for the day to test drive, and found us a Q5 within the state that we were looking for. We recently purchased a Q5 from Joel Tolle at Crown Audi. Joel is such a pleasure to do business with. He truly cares about his customers, is honest, and consults you on your purchase instead just selling you a car. He showed us everything we needed to know about the car including setting up my phone to sync with the car. Then,a few weeks later, out of the blue he called us to be sure that we still loved our car. The service excellence doesn't stop at the sale. Paul, the finance manager, makes the paying for the car a pleasurable experience. (Not the typical two hour ordeal you get in other dealerships.) David, the general manager, has proven to us that he wants his customers to be happy. Mandy in the service department always goes out of her way to take great care of us. Crown Audi is our Audi dealership of choice, and Joel is our favorite salesman. The Q5 is the 2nd Audi we bought through Joel and our 4th Audi from Crown Audi. I bought a used Audi S4 from Crown Audi and couldn't be happier with the experience! I have wanted an S4 since I was in high school, and saved for a long time to be able to afford my dream car. Because I had such high hopes for getting my car of choice, you would expect that it would be easy for my hopes to get dashed by a pushy salesman or a sales manager who wanted to knock my head off, but the entire experience was pleasant. I got a good deal on my trade, was not pressures during the sales process, and was overall treated with respect, which is just about everything you could expect from a dealership in an economy like this. Overall I was very satisfied and would definitely send a friend or family member to Crown Audi! more
