Editorial review from Citysearch 9/3/2012

So glad we found this place! We are from out of town and were camping nearby in Seneca on Labor Day weekend. Our labrador was suffering from a UTI. Didn't know where to take her for treatment. Found this place on internet and was skeptical but anxious to get help for our dog. Very pleased with experience and want to say Thank you to Dr. Crowe and all the staff who helped us. Highly recommend to anyone either from local area or out of towners. more

A BLESSING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 7/23/2011

During the 3 years my cat had terminal cancer, Magnolia was with me every step of the way. It was a fatal form of cancer, with a life expectancy of 6 months to 16 months from point of diagnosis. My cat was my ""baby before babies,"" and I had him longer than my husband...! I wouldn't allow just anyone to care for him...I feel so very lucky that I found the loving doctors and staff at Magnolia to help me AND my cat through his difficult journey. Everyone at Magnolia LOVES animals, but they also understand that every animal is attached to a PERSON. I have cried many tears to multiple staff members (from receptionist to doctor) and they ALWAYS take the time to comfort and listen to me. I'm so happy I found them!!! LOVE THEM!!! more

Excellent care, day or night! 1/21/2008

I have 3 cats currently, and have owned many other pets over the years. Last year my 5 year old cat developed a serious urinary issue that could have been the end of him. I ended up in the Emergency facility in Anderson several times, but Animal House was in constant communication with them to be sure my kitty was ok. And he eventually had to have surgery, and then turned out to be all ok. They are so incredibly helpful! \r I have had to drop in on them in the middle of the night, early morning, during the day, all sorts of time. Every time they have been wonderful to me, but even more wonderful to my kitty. I'm the guest, my kitty is the guest of honor. They also do everything they can to be sure you can afford what your pet needs, which for a college student who really doesn't want to lose her baby that was super important.\r They're incredible. My cat hates the car, but as soon as we walked in the door there after his first visit, he would purr and be happy to see all the workers. They all knew him by name, accepted my all hours worried phone calls when he had to be there for 3 days, and were just incredible. I couldn't have asked for more.\r The experiences I have had at Animal House and the emergency facility in Anderson are a 180 from Tiger Town and in fact were on par with the best cat facility in Houston, Tx, which is a level of caring and service I never even expected to find here. Pros: All hours emergency services vet. Cons: None. more
