I have 3 cats currently, and have owned many other pets over the years. Last year my 5 year old cat developed a serious urinary issue that could have been the end of him. I ended up in the Emergency facility in Anderson several times, but Animal House was in constant communication with them to be sure my kitty was ok. And he eventually had to have surgery, and then turned out to be all ok. They are so incredibly helpful! \r
I have had to drop in on them in the middle of the night, early morning, during the day, all sorts of time. Every time they have been wonderful to me, but even more wonderful to my kitty. I'm the guest, my kitty is the guest of honor. They also do everything they can to be sure you can afford what your pet needs, which for a college student who really doesn't want to lose her baby that was super important.\r
They're incredible. My cat hates the car, but as soon as we walked in the door there after his first visit, he would purr and be happy to see all the workers. They all knew him by name, accepted my all hours worried phone calls when he had to be there for 3 days, and were just incredible. I couldn't have asked for more.\r
The experiences I have had at Animal House and the emergency facility in Anderson are a 180 from Tiger Town and in fact were on par with the best cat facility in Houston, Tx, which is a level of caring and service I never even expected to find here.
Pros: All hours emergency services vet.
Cons: None.
