Crossfire Archery

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a product from them that was on backorder (I usderstand - no big deal) and they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered. They made me call the manufacturer to find out rather than taking care of it themselves. When the product finally came in, I couldn't get to the shop to pick it up because they keep changing their hours. Google has one set of hours posted, their website has another set of hours, and their answering machine has a third set of hours. Finally I got a text from them that says they have UPS'd my product, but it never showed. They refuse to answer their phone or return any of my calls.... yet they still have my money. Buyer beware when dealing with this company. It seems that it is more important to go hunting than it is to run a business or deal with customers. more

Cross Fire Archery is the only place to buy any of your archery needs. from bows to any accessories you can think of. the service is second to non. Plus its a great place to hang out. You don't have to worry about taking the whole family in there they are very family friendly. I have been to other shops in the area(J&L Archery) and was truly offended by the foul language and the pure cockiness of some of there so called staff shooters I believe if you go there and buy a field point they will make you a staff shooter.
